PRODUCT CARE: All items are machine washable in cold water and should be tumble dried on low temperature.

RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (excluding delivery charges,) exchange or online store credit. PLEASE NOTE: personalized items may not be exchanged or returned.

PAYMENT: Suzanne Clara accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

SALES TAX: All eligible items shipped within the State of Minnesota will be charged a 6.5% sales tax. Orders shipped out of state are not accessed a sales tax.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: SCBG makes every effort to process all orders (with the exception of personalized items) within 2-3 business days of purchase after verifying credit card authenticity.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Once orders are processed, orders are typically received within 2 to 3 business days depending on location. The cost is $5.95 for individual orders up to $75 and $8.95 for individual orders totaling $75 or more.
